Star Trek

This year there are tonnes of long awaited movies seem to swarm the box office for 2009. For instance some like Fast and furious 4, Transformers, Terminator Salvation and so on. And they mostly seem to have a trend in Playing back old hit's from the past like Get Smart, G.I Joe and so on. But this time of the week one movie actually came in a 'surprise', which is "Star Trek".
Filled with great CGi, acting and action, this movie made it big. I even hear from a non star trek fan saying after that movie he became a fan that instant.
I guess because they made changes and the tech for graphics got better and more suited for movies like this, I think it contributes so much.
